About Brittany
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2009. She continued her education at the University of Central Florida where she earned her Master of Business Administration in 2011. Brittany graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 2014.
Brittany began her legal career working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Seventh Judicial Circuit in Volusia and St. Johns County prosecuting misdemeanor and juvenile cases.
Brittany transitioned to private practice in 2016 and began working in probate, business and estate planning, guardianship, and estate and trust litigation. Brittany then broadened her experience working for a law firm that also practiced in personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law.
Brittany was born and raised in St. Augustine. Her mom and step-dad own and operate the Raintree Restaurant, and her dad – along with his family – are the proprietors of the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park. She loves giving back through her involvement with and membership in various legal and community service organizations. Brittany is currently on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of St. Augustine.
Brittany is married to her husband, Nicholas, who is in the marine construction industry. They have a four year old daughter, Victoria, and a two year old son, Trent. Brittany loves spending time traveling with her family when she isn’t safeguarding her client’s assets through their estate plans and helping them handle the affairs of loved ones after a loss.
